Traveling by Bus
The bus ride from DIA to camp and vice versa takes about an hour and 45 minutes. There is a $45 charge per way for the bus/shuttle between Denver International Airport and Cheley. This charge will be added to your account.
Arriving at Camp
If your camper will be meeting us at the Denver International Airport to take the bus to camp, contact our Travel Coordinator the week before the term starts to confirm your arrival time and the location of Home Base.
The Arrival Days for Summer 2025 are listed below:
1st Term: Tuesday, June 10th, 2025
2nd Term: Tuesday, July 8th, 2025
Quarter B-4: Tuesday, August 5th, 2025
Leaving Camp
If your camper is taking the bus to Denver International Airport and meeting you at the airport, contact our Travel Coordinator the week before the term ends to confirm your arrival time and the location of Home Base.

1st Term: Sunday, July 6th, 2025
2nd Term: Sunday, August 3rd, 2025
Quarter B-4: Saturday, August 9th, 2025
Shuttle to/from CHVE (QB4 only)
For Quarter B-4 only, we also offer a shuttle between Cherry Hills Village Elementary in Englewood, Colorado and camp. The bus ride from CHVE to camp and vice versa takes about an hour and 45 minutes. There is a $45 charge per way for the shuttle between CHVE and Cheley. This charge will be added to your account.
On Arrival Day, Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, please drop your camper off by 9:15 am MT as the shuttle departs CHVE at 9:30 am MT.
On Departure Day, Saturday, August 9th, 2025, the shuttle will arrive at CHVE by 5:00 pm MT.
