Saw, screw, sand, and drill to your heart’s content as you turn a pile of wood into a functional and beautiful creation! Under the direction of our Woodshop Coordinator, campers unleash the power of their hands in our woodworking program. From brainstorming and designing to taking their masterpiece home, campers inevitably come up with more creative projects than we could plan ourselves. We also provide specific instructions and kits for making night lights, yule logs, clocks, boats, and more. Campers wanting to learn the fundamentals of the lathe will enjoy plenty of instructor-led practice time. Our woodshop, The Bill Den, features various saws (including, belt, hand, scroll, and miter), sanders, drill presses, wood burners, hand tools, and more.
