During a trail ride (one of many offerings in our horseback riding program), a love of horses is part of the lure, but so are the backcountry trails, the healthy, robust horses, and the caring, knowledgeable counselors. Trail rides are the best way to practice what you’ve learned during an instructional ring ride while witnessing Colorado’s stunning landscapes from the back of a horse. Campers ride on horseback all day to destinations like Aspen Brook, Bulwark Ridge, Chasm Junction, Crosier Mountain, Donner Pass, Eugenia Mines, Lost Lake, Signal Mountain, Strawberry Hill, Storm Pass, and more.
