Kat was a Chipeta sports counselor many years ago and is excited to return to Cheley. She has been a 5th – 8th grade teacher for 30 years and has two grown sons, Eli and Luke. Kat loves SCUBA diving, traveling, skiing, cheering on Austin FC and the UT Longhorns, nature, the mountains, music, and attending music festivals and concerts. If she could have a theme song play when she enters a room, it would be the classic “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.” Kat can’t wait to make marvelous memories in the mountains with the campers and staff!
