The Ranch at the end of the trail was filled with laughter this summer as campers tried new things, made new friends, deepened existing friendships, and had a lot of fun!
Our wranglers, Hunter Triebel and Cade Oster, led campers on day trips and overnight horsepacks to many beautiful locations. The following campers earned their Riding patch: Charles Bierbaum, Charles Brown, Joseph Scipione, Tyler Dembo, Wesley Holmes, Andrew Roe, Creighton Garcia, and Henry Haddock.
Triston Gogol and Jake Burrus led campers on day hikes all over Rocky Mountain National Park. Backpacking counselors, Chandler Evans and Luke Adams, along with HBO counselors, Patty Keeley and Matt Beck, led many backcountry adventures. Outcamping counselor, Ben Hayes, led many outcamps filled with games, downtime to reflect and think, and delicious meals cooked outdoors.The following campers earned their Hiking patch: Edward Codr, Dawson Reller, Owen Zimmerman. The following campers earned their Backpacking patch: Jeramy Moore, Dawson Reller, Owen Zimmerman.

Mountain biking counselors, Henry McDonald and Alex Aronov, led day-long and overnight bike trips. The following campers earned their Mountain Biking patch: Jackson Cheley.
Our crafts counselor, Damien Criddle, helped campers unleash their creativity with some fun craft projects. General counselors Drew Larson, Marc Lessler, and Alex Orcutt worked in various program areas.

The Code of Living is created by campers and lists guidelines of how they want to live in their community during their time at BTE. At the end of each term, campers and staff vote on which campers have best lived up to the Code of Living. The following campers received their Driver of the Covered Wagon recognition: Carson Gutierrez, Charlie Andersen, Jake Emdur, Sebastian Alanis, Ike Davidson, Eddie Codr, Joona Hart, and Ryan Rosenberg.
