Whether you need to speak with our Enrollment Manager, Peggy Haynes, about camper enrollment or chat with our Human Resources Manager, Kim Betts, about job opportunities, (970) 586-4244 will connect you to the right person quickly and efficiently. You’ll find the same great service and expertise, all from a single point of contact.
Even though we’re focusing on one central number, don’t worry! Our old numbers, (303) 377-3616 and 1-800-CAMP-FUN, still work and will connect you to our team. The best part? Your call will ring in both our Denver and Estes Park offices, so you can reach us wherever we are. This ensures you get a prompt response, no matter what. To ensure you receive the best service possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling our cell phones directly.
Who Might Answer?
When you call, you’ll be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member ready to assist you. More often than not, you’ll hear Peggy’s familiar voice; however, it could be Angela Wilson, our Hostess during the summer, offering you a warm Southern welcome; our Travel Coordinator, who can help with travel arrangements; or another staff member ready to guide you. We work as a team, so whoever answers the phone first will ensure you get the support you need or transfer you to the correct person.
What about the Emergency Number and the TEs?
For those of you who remember the “Emergency Phone Number” from your camp days, it remains in use for our counselors during the summer. Additionally, while BTE and GTE have their dedicated phone numbers, they are reserved only for staff and office use. Instead, please use our main number: (970) 586-4244, and we’ll make sure you get the support you need.
