Getting to Camp

Camp is secluded, but it is not difficult to find us! Learn how to get to Cheley Colorado Camps.

Part of going to summer camp is traveling there! When scheduling travel plans for your camper, remember that there are various options available. Whether they’re arriving by car with a parent/guardian, flying into DIA where we’ll meet them at their gate, or taking the bus from DIA and meeting us at homebase, we’re here to ensure a smooth journey to camp.

Because travel is such an important part of camp, we have a full-time staff member during the summer just to coordinate camper travel. Regardless of the mode of travel, please ensure to communicate your camper’s travel plans promptly by completing the Travel Form.

Travel Information for 2024

Thanks for partnering with us to make your camper’s travel to Cheley successful!

The Travel Form must be completed as soon as your camper’s travel plan is arranged. Our Travel Coordinator will confirm, via email and/or phone, all travel plans in early June for First Term campers and again in July for Second Term campers. You must communicate with us about any changes in your confirmed travel plans. All campers are expected to stay for the duration of the camp term. A fee is charged for any special requests with travel arrangements, such as a late airline arrival.
