Ahhhhh Play Day — a fan favorite. Taking place on the first Sunday of the term, campers break into teams and join their brother or sister unit for non-competitive fun and games. Teams are based on colors of the rainbow (plus tie dye, patterns, black, white and gray) and the day provides a good opportunity for getting to know fellow campers on a new level. Games include dizzy bat, red-light green-light, and a traditional round of basketball knockout. After campers work up quite the appetite, the evening begins with a cookout for dinner.
This year, Estes Park weather treated us nicely! Sunny and 70 degrees, Campers and staff enjoyed games and dinner without interruption from the typical showers.
