The Cheley Colorado Summer Camp enrollment process begins with an application form.  The fastest way to complete your Colorado summer camp application form is online.  You may click Enroll Now Electronically and go directly to our on-line registration.  Our Colorado summer camp on-line application forms are secure and easy to use.  However, if you prefer to fax or mail the application to begin your Colorado Camp enrollment process at Cheley, you may Download the Application Form (pdf) here. Fax or return the completed and signed application via mail to one of the addresses below.  If you would like to enroll in a specialty camp including a family camp, burn victim's camp, national leadership program, or the discovery program, please click here for more information.
